About the shipping services

1- All our rates and services are subject to a 7% vat.

2- Our pick up fees depends on the exact address of the suppliers and the volume and the weight of the goods.

3- Our packing fees depends on the nature of the packing required : carton, bubble pack, wooden crate or pallet.

4- Our fob export local charges include: administrative export formalities, documents, bl, certificate of origin, transportation, to port or airport, export customs, loading at port or airport.

5- Our import local charges include : unloading and labor at the port – airport, import administrative documents, import customs clearance, agent fees.

6- All our quotes are in pre-paid term. Payment must be done before the loading of the goods.

7- Our quotes do not include duties and taxes at destination (according c&f value of the goods).

8- Our quotes do not include extra custom fees at destination : custom inspection and storage fees.

9- Our quotes do not include insurance of the goods (around 1% of C&F value) – for international removals, insurance is mandatory.

10- Our rates are subject of variation of fioul rates.

11- Our quotes do not include the unloading of the goods from the truck at destination.

About the sourcing services

1- All our rates and services are subject to a 7% vat.

2- Our product sourcing services are calculated on a daily basis.

3- The Thai interpreter services are based on a daily basis.

4- The consulting and coaching training sessions are priced on a daily basis.

5- The resupply management services prices are based on the volume of the goods ordered.

6- All our quotes are in pre-paid term. Payment must be done before the service is provided.
